It is good because the silence will help you think. That is why retreats are being held. A little quietude from all the hustle is good.

It is short-term. Short. Being alone is not forever.

It is an investment. It is a decision. To socialites, this is a novel idea. To people suffering from some sort of depression, this is almost crazy. It is a choice to take, and a risk to follow.
