After some time, I’ve realized my flaws and what am I to do about them.

I will now reserve my best to the people I really know. I would take precaution into what I would do for the people I meet. Some take you for granted; others just walk away, even without an evident reason. And some people don’t even take courage to set things straight. I’m done pestering myself by thinking about what I have done, or what caused this, and regretting the times that things were okay. I know my heart’s already destroyed, and I am not driving more destruction into it.

I will keep quiet. I’ll quit being the tactless old me. I will just listen if the people I am unsure with are engaging in conversations. I will talk if needed and necessary, and all my talk will be for the people who really know how to listen.

I will become straightforward with my ideas, attempts and requests. No more pauses. No more meaningless doubts.

I will try to invoke kindness into me unlike before. I will try to extend the limits of my patience and discipline. Iwas taray. Magpapakabait na’ko. (just as Iric said to me once)

I will be thriftier. Now this is difficult, because my stomach’s a real wallet buster. And the load expenses! And fare! This is terrible. But this is needed very badly. My family’s in a critical condition financially. My leisure expenses (what a term) are now cut off. I would detoxify once in a while, not every time like I did before.

I will become more focused with my studies and in improving a few hobbies and interests. If I want to leave a mark to the people I love and to God (amen) and make a difference, I must do my best in what I am now.

And reduce the green-minded stuff. Think other green.

And then, the regrets are over now. They’re yesterday.

I will have my own house with a very large garden, filled with flowers and trees.

I will get a 1.0 in at least one subject in my course of education in UP. (Now this is ridiculous. But please let me be happy.)

I will have musically-trained ears. Someday. =)

I will learn a foreign language by heart. =)
